The clients purchased this two story duplex on a hillside overlooking the Sausalito waterfront with the intent of combining the units into a single residence. To accomplish this, a new interior stair has been added. In addition walls have been removed around the kitchen allowing it to be opened up onto the dining and living rooms and toward the view of the bay.
